Bladerunner Intercoolers represent the next generation of intercoolers. The Bladerunner intercoolers utilize a 3 in. bar and plate design that out performs OE style tube and fin core designs. The end tanks are constructed out of 3/16 in. TIG welded aluminum plate tanks that incorporate three multi-directional vanes that efficiently direct air flow through the entire core for maximum cooling. The Bladerunner intercooler also comes with 4 1/8 in. pre-tapped ports for easy gauge installation as well as other auxiliary input options. Tested at 200psi which is perfect for the high boost applications. In recent testing the Bladerunner intercooler produced a 200 deg. temperature drop and a 100 deg. EGT drop as well as increasing air flow by 30 percent. Dont waste your time and money on modified factory intercooler. Also included is a high quality billet aluminum air temp sensor fitting provided for easy installation. Large 5-Layer Performance Air Filter: This Momentum GT intake system was designed around the largest filter possible to allow maximum performance and filtration. This cone filter has a large (6-3/4" x 4-3/4") oval flange and is 9" tall with an inverted top. The Pro 5R performance air filter features 5-layers of progressively finer mesh cotton gauze oiled media and is constructed with 100% polyurethane frame for long life and multiple cleaning cycles. Premium Hardware: Premium stainless steel T-bolt clamps and a reinforced silicone hump coupling are used for strength and durability while also providing the most secure installation available. A high flow stainless steel, muffler delivers a powerful exhaust tone. The system uses factory mounting locations for an easy install that stays put under any driving condition. Finished with rear exit, quad 3 ½" diameter, stainless steel tips with our signature laser-cut aFe POWER badge for a unique, custom-styled look. 2-1/2" mandrel bent, 304 stainless steel tubing is less restrictive than stock. This allows maximum flow and low turbulence for increased torque, horsepower and improved throttle response. A primary, free-flowing stainless steel muffler absorbs the high pitch tones and balances exhaust pulses for a powerful exhaust note. Finished with high temp metallic black powder coating for the ultimate in corrosion resistance. Features a custom designed laser cut aFe logo tip brace with a bolt-on red powder coat backing plate to compliment the logo. This system is not compatible with factory receiver (tow hitch).
