      Not sure why others complained about the fit, I installed on 2004 Malibu and the fit is identical to OEM. Replaced a rusted out tube that was causing the engine light to be on for EVAP leaks. Great Price, Fast shipping!Installation Note: You will need to lower the rear cross-member to properly remove the old tube and install this new one, If you don't you will end up bending the tube to make it fit which will cause it to not fit properly once final install is done. ( I was able to just loosen all 4 bolts, but not remove them and let the cross-member rest on the bolt heads.)

      The new filler neck fit perfect. The plastic sinker screws attaching it to the car body had to be reused from the car which was a challenge but I made it work.

      Perhaps that is my fault though? I installed it as I've installed fuel necks in the past, and had zero issues. Until I had to attach it to the fuel line itself and into the tank. Then the "angle" in which I had to turn it made it quite difficult to line up to where it connects to the fuel cap. It does fit! But it isn't pretty. And it took quite a bit of finagling. But that's all right. Shipping was fast and the boxing was perfectly acceptable!

      The gas filler neck on my truck rotted away. This replacement neck by Dorman seems better made than the factory original. It fit perfectly too. It took about 10 minutes to install. Works perfectly.

      Everything fit, the only problem I had was with the Ground cable eye terminal. It was a bit tight which made screwing in the bolt to the frame difficult. I corrected this by filing the off some of the tabs of the terminal.
