    - Appears as replaces exactly what was there - "Better" since the one it replaces was not Chromed and did not use the wire vs. metal band - Don't like the plastic float vs. brass, at this price point - Don't agree that it is shipped without at least the rubber gasket included. Considering what it is, and is for (GAS), the gasket and snap ring needs to be part of it as an aftermarket sale, (--especially at their cost/convenience/service for customer base that would purchase these) - From appearance, it's anyone's guess how long it might lastSignificant installation issue,--Tip:It "Grounds" to the tank by snap-ring to tank with Rubber Gasket sandwiched at tank opening.Therefore,----if, as I did, you clean things up, paint (OLD SNAP RING REUSED on the NEW CHROME), etc., --you may not get a good ground; since, for me, it is counter intuitive to not paint this Gas Tank area/parts, indeed! :) Therefore, I simply, very...

    Works great, lets see how long it lasts--Very easy to install, although a new gasket should have been included--Had to make one
