      My car was stalling on hills before I used this replacement. I think the weight of the engine and it's slight displacement when it was on an incline was causing the rip to slightly widen which was causing the stalls.?

      This after market meter boot was a perfect fit for my BMW and, after an easy installation. is working extremely well

      Perfect fit for my 1995 318i. Be aware that it does not come with the elbow hose connector for the hose that attached to the back of the boot. You should be able to use the old elbow connector with no problems.
