  • All EBC rotors are made from OE spec grey cast iron, exactly as used on new car production and as many as we have tools for are BRITISH MADE wholly in our own UK foundry. Currently EVERY SINGLE ROTOR sold in Europe and the UK is BRITISH MADE and a majority of the designs specific to the USA are also BRITISH made. The British foundry is constantly expanding its in house tooled range but EBC like every brake manufacturer ....does need occasionally to buy some rotors in from approved sources to complete ranges in overseas markets. None of our competitors will ever tell you where their rotors come from and we at EBC are as disappointed as the rest of the world that cost pressure means there is not ONE foundry left in the USA to supply such parts, other brake brands when asked about origin will just sidestep the question. When we do buy rotors in, they are specified, sampled, tested for element analysis, grain structure, tensile strength, hardness and optimum ductility and tested 100 piece by piece to be perfect for runout on this in house machine.

After replacing disks on my Passat and having them warp with oem VAG units, I ordered these disks with EBC green pads. No more warpage and the pads are great too.

Among the rotors that fit my car, this is the best, and the slotted version is even better than the smooth one. You can't go wrong with EBC.

I got these rotors at an AMAZING price on clearance, so I cant really complain. They are actually great, but do have the common wind noise associated with slotted rotors. If you dont mind that, these are right up your alley.

I replaced the front rotors on my Fiat Spider with these. The install was easy enough and they were a perfect fit for the odd 4x98mm studs the Fiat uses. The packaging was sturdy but easy to open. The rotors were very straight with no perceptible runout. The grooves and dimples don't seem to help in regular driving at least at first, but I seem to have slightly less brake fade than before (I also paired these with a new set of Wagner Ceramic Brakepads).

These rotors function perfectly on my 2011 Mazdaspeed 3. I paired them with EBC Reds and it has been a huge improvement over the stock pads (which dusted like crazy). The bite with these pads has been similar to the factory pads but with so much less dust. No regrets.

Big difference in braking awesome quality easy to install. Had a slight difficult time removing the rear rotors from build up rust. Just grab a rubber mallet and bang around all the edges and bammm it should fall right out

a bit noisy at high speed braking, but thats to be expected from a design like this. but now my car stops on a dime! well worth the money if you dont want to upgrade the brakes to a larger caliper/rotor setup.

Have been wworking very well for the past two weeks. I installed the EBC DP41660R Yellow Stuff Brake pads at the same time. Both work excellent together. I had the opportunity to take them out on the Autostrada (Italian Highway) this past weekend with no issues and plenty of stopping power.

I'm not gonna lie... The look definitely played a role in the decision. I was looking for something unique - not just slotted and not just drilled. So they look great installed. With that behind me... I was not expecting to feel much if any difference between my OEM rotors and the GD's. Couldn't be more wrong. Very noticeable difference in "smoothness" of braking and it honestly makes driving the car a lot more fun.

Direct replacement high quaility. This could be the fix for all you Town & Country owners with the bad brakes that Chrysler put on there vans (mine were so bad in 10k miles I was afraid to put the family van).Pair these rotors with some Power Stop Z16 Ceramic Brake Pads and the sickness is gone. This combo is smooth as silk. YEA THERE NOT CHEAP BUT IF YOU HATE THE DEARSHIP AS MUCH AS I DO!!! These things are made with superior grade cast iron unlike the oem made from recycled junk. Yes I know the brakes are under sized, but this can be over come with high grade materials. Go to a car race at night they will get the brakes so hot it can melt the tire off of the wheel and they don't warp rotors. JUST BRAKE THEM IN LIKE EBC SAYS!!!!!

All surfaces/edges are machined, which is nice. Braking surface looks like it was ground. Box says "made from OEM spec high-carbon gray cast iron".It does not seem to plated as in the product photo. I think the real OEM rotor is plated (or coated), so I would think that this does not meet all the OEM specs.I've loaded some images so you see what you actually get.The price has gone up dramatically since I purchased these. Look for something around 50 clams with free shipping

Great front rotor for 2012 Chrysler 200 3.6 Liter with 18 inch wheels. Car rides way better now and has great stopping power. Don't forget the 1000 mile break in for the pads so you don't bed the rotor incorrectly. If you feel vibration after 4000 miles with your new rotors you should go get them turned. The rotors don't warp, they just end up bedded incorrectly causing the vibration. The substance the brake pads release is invisible to the naked eye and is not removable with sandpaper, just have the shop do it, it is economical and takes less than an hour to get all 4 turned if they are off the car.

This rotor was confirmed by me through an EBC rep to fit a Chrysler 200 rear rotor with 18 inch wheels. My car is the 3.6 liter v6 289 horse power. The AutoPartsWAY "car tool" for finding parts has the incorrect parts for the rear axle and I don't know if it's been fixed yet. The pads for the rear axle were also incorrect. The car stops great now and I would recommend these and I believe my ride is smoother.

These rotors with the EBC Green 7000 Series Greenstuff Brake Pad have greatly improved my stopping. They have created a firm peddle and less fade on stops. I drive in the mountains a lot and have noticed a better braking distance and much firmer peddle. This is my third set of pads and second set of rotors in 72,000 miles. These are way better than stock.

This front ECB rotor is made in the USA. Please note American-made and American brand-name are two different things in the globalized manufacturing world. This product worked smoothly right after the installation. I used it along with Akebono ACT1324 Front Ceramic Brake Pads also made in USA. That is a great combination to me. The marriage of rotors and brake pads from two different well-known brand names produced a great quality. I tested the car after the installation both in town and highway for low and high speeds. It stops very well. I see that they both will last a long while before being replaced again. I made my purchase from the seller "ecustomhitch". The shipping was very good.

These are directional (left and right) but shoppers should be advised that the vanes are not high efficiency curved vanes, they're unequal length straight vanes (alternates between a long and a short vane all around the disc) -The casting and machining are both very clean, it's obvious holding these next to my OEM rotors that there's room for greater air volume to pass through these.Performance; I switched to new pads at the same time so there's no completely fair comparison, but I will say that these rotors in combination with Powerstop Z16 work dramatically better than the OEM ceramic pads and rotors which were in very good shape, just not very good at stopping the car with authority - I can control braking all the way up to lock-up (no ABS on this older car) where before it took major effort to slow the car rapidly.I have not had the car on twisty mountain roads or other high-stress situations yet since changing.

You can't beat free shipping with Prime...and to Hawaii at that!! These are great rotors. I was a little worried about extra noise, WRONG. Maybe a hint during initial break in but since that they have been wonderful. Great stopping, color and appearance are holding up well in a tropical environment. Match them up with some EBC red stuff pads and they work fantastic.

Expected more, its a quality product but I am still trying to get rid of the squeal after installing with yellow stuff pads. The dimples seem to trap friction material and dirt/dust in them causing the squeal during light braking conditions. Installed them before on more street oriented vehicles but these went on my Raptor which sees frequent off road use.

I've had these on the front of my 2005 Cadillac STS w/Northstar for a week, but MAN, they are SO MUCH BETTER THAN OEM!!!!!!!No 'sizzling', at least not yet, from medium applications. Some slotted rotors can do this, but EBC may have figured out the secret. These, combined with their Redstuff pads are an incredible combo!

I paired these rotors with Hawk HPS pads on my 2006 Mustang (the EBC pads were much more expensive). I drove the combination 80,000 street miles before they both needed to be replaced. This included two seasons of autocross. Black oxide coating kept rust to a minimum.Street braking performance is consistently excellent, even in wet or snowy conditions. Seasoned track instructors were surprised at how effective my brakes were on such a relatively heavy car. Under braking, it sounds like there is a swarm of cicadas around the car, but the crisp yet smooth braking performance is well worth a little noise. At 140,000 miles I replaced all 4 corners with the same brake combination, plus braided stainless lines. Looking forward to another exciting 80,000 miles!

Have used EBC Rotors and Pad's on 3 vehicles now.The first was a Ford Explorer. Explorer's brakes are not very good. Using EBC rotors and green stuff pads significantly improved stopping. My wife drives a Honda CRV. She does not drive hard but 3 sets of front rotors (from a local brake and muffler shop) warped in about 5 months (each time). Finally, I purchased the EBC USR rotors and its been over a year now and they stop with no pulsing (no warping). The current set of EBC rotors is for my 07 GTI. The GTI has a Stage 2+ tune (about 80 hp over stock), coil overs, bigger sway bars. I installed EBC USR rotors, EBC red stuff pads and stainless steel brake lines. Significant improvement over stock. Good initial bite and good resistance to fading. I can not feel and vibration from the slots through the brake peddle.I did considerable research before buying EBC (again). What I find amazing is that you can find posts on forums where...

These rotors are compacted graphite iron, I would not suggest them for someone that is not prepared to use the brakes, I have found them to be amazing, they seem to run cooler, and provide incredable stopping power, I am using with Wagner NSX Ceramic pads on a Toyota Tacoma. they are quite smooth and very responsive. The items were delivered early and in perfect condition.

I've had these rotors on my ford focus for a few yrs now. They still look like new and work fantastic. I don't even think they have worn at all. They also give a nice performance look. Several people have noticed and commented how nice they look. When it came time for new rotors on my Edge I knew what to buy. Also take note that they come as a pair and must be installed on the correct side. the box will say right and left.

I picked these up at an amazing deal ($44 for the pair!). EBC is a known quantity for braking componenents. Have functioned perfectly since installation. Saab 9-5 comes with different sizes of brake discs. This one GD1071 is designed for the Linear models. However, in 2005, there is a VIN split where some brake discs are solid, and the other ones are vented. Check your vehicle before ordering. This one has a diameter size (11.3 inch) , and even though AutoPartsWAY said it does not fit my vehicle, I ordered it and it fits (mine is a 2005 9-5 Aero)It seems that EBC uses the code 1071 for the rear non-vented 9-5 products. For example they have USR1071 are the same size.If shopping for vented rear discs EBCs, the number is 1336 (size 11.8 inch) http://www.AutoPartsWAY.com/EBC-Brakes-GD1336-Dimpled-Slotted/dp/B001KQ42L6/ref=au_pf_ss_7?ie=UTF8&Make=Saab%7C65&Model=9-5%7C861&Year=2005%7C2005&carId=003&n=15684181&s=automotiveBTW, by disc, I mean rotors.

Drop shipped directly from EBC.Great Quality Rotors, and perfect fit for my application, 325XI.the black paint looks awesome, take a picture because as soon as you brake, it comes off where the pad touches the surface of the disc, as expected. Everywhere else on the rotor is protected and won't rust because of the paint though. So there is that to look forward to.Will buy again when these wear down!

I bought these for my '08 Avalanche and they've been excellent. The stopping power is amazing. I bought these for towing, and although I haven't towed yet, I can already tell they won't be a problem. I also went with the Yellowstuff pads.I also opted to get the Pro Cut brake skim procedure done as recommended by EBC. However the local shop destroyed the rotors. EBC stepped up and replaced them for free. You can't beat that.

Fits prefect in my 2008 SUBARU WRX sedan. Comes with L&R in the box.At 110k miles. I designed to replaced the oem rotor front & rear. I paired this with hawk HPS pads. Today is my day 1. I am very happy with them. There are very little low frequency noise when braking really hard at bed in. Maybe just the tires being pressured harder on the road surface.I also had EBC red stuff pads previously with stock rotor. They were better than wrx oem. But wear out little faster than oem(maybe 20% shorter). Could be my driving habit has changed due to better stopping power. I tended to delay and harder my braking and when entering curves.

I've been riding these for about a year now, and have put 20,000 miles on them. I have them combined w/ StopTech performance rear pads. Good combination, very very quiet. Please note the black coating seen in the pictures is just a paint like ecoat that is gone after your first trip around the block (wherever the brake pad touches). But it is nice that the hub and rest of the surface remains coated, to help prevent surface rust and keep these looking nice. With how they are holding up currently, I see these lasting the life of my car.

I installed these on the rear of my Dodge RAM SRW 3500 Truck and noticed the better stopping power IMMEDIATELY! after driving around with these for over a week, I liked these so much that I joined AutoPartsWAY Prime (to save on the shipping) and ordered a set for the front of my truck.

Well, I didn't want to down grade them so I gave them 5 stars, they work just fine but I'm not sure if they work better than any of the others. But I do believe the combination of these type rotors and performance brake pads give you more stopping power with less fade.

I installed these on my 2003 Volkswagen Beetle GLX and they have been wonderful. The black zinc coating makes them look really nice and although the coating will wear off where the braking actually occurs, the non-contact areas will continue to look clean and free of rust for sometime. These combined with some EBC Red stuff brake pads on all four corners and I couldn't be happier with my stock sized brake setup.

They are really nice brakes, it took a couple months to break the pads in. it was alittle scary somtimes going down a hill and having to come to a stop during the break in period. But once they got broke in they are great brakes. I have had them on my truck for little over a year now. The issues: brakes rumble when slowing down between 20 and 15mph, also when I installed them I didn't tighten the rotars up super tight and the rumbling must have loosened the bolts which caused them to pop out. And my brakes actually locked up. Luckily I was at a stop light when they decided to lock up on me and not the freeway. If you are instaling them yourself I recommend tightening the bolts on your brakes real good.

When I first tried to install these rotors, I noticed they were both too large in diameter and in thickness. I contacted Web Offroad and they were excellent in helping me sort out the problem. They contacted EBC for me and had new rotors machined for my vehicle with the proper dimensions. Now that the proper sized rotors are installed I can say that they are functioning great so far.

After my wife gave birth to our first baby, I was tired of getting cut off and dodging close accidents. I purchased these rotors to make a safer stopping vehicle for my daughter, and I am glad I did. The stopping power of these mixed with the EBC Greenstuff brakes has made a hug difference. Even if my reactions aren't the quickest when someone jets into my lane, these things make up for it. Once I have to end up replacing these I will probably be purchasing new ones. They went on as a perfect fit for a 2005 Front GMC 1500 rotor replacement.

I drive 70 miles a day in and out of Boston and killed my stock rotors within about 20k miles. I wanted better braking performance for those daily emergency stops and decided to purchase both these rotors as well as EBC Red Stuff pads. I and am very pleased with the increased braking performance that this combo provides and hope to get more than 20k miles of use. Typically with slotted rotors you will get some additional noise while braking. EBC reports that they have a new design that decreases this noise and I can confirm that these are quieter than the last set of EBC rotors that I purchased about 5 years ago.

Awesome product at a fair price. If you don't know why you might want slotted rotors, don't bother. You probably don't need them, and most people will never push their car hard enough to use the advantages the technology provides. But if you like the look or the performance of slotted rotors, these are a good choice.Just remember that these cost more than flat rotors and you won't be able to machine them if they ever warp, so you'll have to replace them sooner.

This is my second car that I've installed EBC USR rotors on. These are the best rotors money can buy. They don't get rusty like most parts store brand rotors with crappy Chinese iron. They also don't scratch up like cheap rotors. You think there's no difference between one piece of metal and another? Think again!

These were installed with no problem on my '01 Infiniti I30t. I ordered these with the EBC UD900 Ultimax Brake Pads. The picture on AutoPartsWAY shows these rotors to have an anodized gold color to them. The ones I received are silver, which I prefer. They have been on my car for approximately 1,000 miles and have no signs of rust. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend them.* I assume most people would know this, but just in case, as with any new brake rotor installation, be sure to install new pads as well.*** I am updating this review on 12-8-13 with now approximately 4,000 miles on the rotors: I have lowered my rating to 3 stars because the rotors are showing signs of rust. I am now wishing that I spent a little more money to get EBC's slotted and anodized rotors. I live right near the ocean and I think the salt is too much for these.

I purchased the Ebc UPR7372 replacement rotors for the front of my 2007 Tahoe 4x4. My previous rotors were slotted an drilled. I had them for about a year before they started to chatter while braking and caused vibration. These rotors are just as good as stock and about half the price. AutoPartsWAY was the cheapest place I could find for these rotors let alone any replacement rotors. I have had these rotors for a couple months and they have been great. They have not started to rust and still look new.

Most companies state there products are better then OEM, these brake rotors live up to that claim. These rotors where placed on a Pontiac G8 which is a heavy car, 4200#, therefore takes a good amount to stop. There where purchased along with EBC Yellow rotors and they work very well. Multiple hard stops in traffic and shown that this combo will stop well and without issue.Only downside maybe a little noise, like a flutter sound, as you are coming to a fast stop. This heard with the windows down only and if you are looking for it.

Don't be fooled by the picture as I was. When I purchased these, AutoPartsWAY did not specify front or rear replacement! I went by the picture and assumed they were the front, They are NOT!!! I have contacted AutoPartsWAY to correct this, but so far I see no changes. The correct number for the front rotors is: "GD7090". They are also available on AutoPartsWAY and are much cheaper than at the local auto parts store. If you can even find the slotted rotors. I have not used these as of yet, still waiting on the correct ones to arrive, but my expierence with slotted rotors has been great! There is no fade in braking and the rotors are not as prone to warping as with solid rotors.

These rotors are amazing compared to the stock ones. This will be the third set that have been on the car and I believe that they will be the last. They fit on the hub correctly and there were no special items needed. I would recommend following the break-in procedure so that you can guarantee that they will last. I highly recommend this brand and series to anyone that is having troubles with rotors warping under normal city driving conditions! For 2 of them at the listed price, you cannot go wrong!!

WOW!! these (coupled with the redstuff pads and goodridge lines) make for an incredible stopping experience! They are not noisy for normal around town driving. They do get a bit loud when hauling my maxima down from triple digit speeds quickly, but they are dimpled and slotted so I fully expected them to make more noise that the smooth OEM versions. Great purchase!

The rotors are for my 2003 Silverado Extended Cab 4X4. At first they were noisy to the point that it sounded like I was trying to stop with gravel rather than normal brakes. Even when I started driving around, when not applying the brakes, they were noisy. This lasted about 20 miles, with each mile getting quieter than the last. I also purchased the EBC 6000 series pads which is where most of the sound came from. I followed the EBC bed-in procedure to brake in the pads for 400 miles. With the rotors and pads from EBC, the truck stops better, smoother, quieter and shorter than any other combination I have used to this point. We've put on over 3000 miles with the new brakes, and I like them more with each mile. I've been working on cars and trucks for 45 years, and while I now live in KY, I spent most of my life in western PA where you take brakes seriously!

These Rotors paired with the Redstuff pads have some serious breaking force. They make a little road noise, but I'm still under the 1000 miles estimated to completely bed the brakes. Much more sensitive then the stock pads and rotors in my Jetta. I strongly recommend theses to anyone who wants a low dust solution for breaking. These rotors also look boss!

I had a friend help me install rotors/brakes on my car once before, but this time around, I didn't have the time, so I had meineke install them. One of the rotors was a bit warped, not enough to not work well, but enough that sometimes there's some shaking during breaking. Meineke wasn't impressed with the brand, but then again, they also probably would have rather sold me the rotors/brakes directly instead of me bringing my own, though at least they were able to try to fix the warping a bit as i would not have been able to do that on my own. so, just double check the rotors before trying to install them (which, honestly, is a good idea in general, not just for this brand but any brand). This is the second time I purchased from EBC, so, who knows. The first time was perfectly fine, no isssues, and this time, a bit warped, but maybe there's a shot at that with anybody, i don't have enough experience to know.

What can I say, they're brake rotors. They worked well and fit the application. The only downside is that EBC advertizes these as corrosion resistant but they rusted immediately. But like I said, they're brake rotors and did their job as designed.

Loved the look of these right out of the box! Installation was easy, took about an hour for rotors and pads. Bedding in was easy. Wind noise is negligible. Braking power easily 40 to 50 percent better than stock; and that's just the rears! Doing the fronts soon to upgrade overall braking. Definately recommend and would buy again.

Put these on my Rx8 and after 300 miles I can say that they look really good. They are also just as quiet as OEM. I can't really tell about the performance factor because I'm not using the same kind of pads prior to these new rotors, so I can't compare.

I have a Subaru Legacy 3.0R and have had problems since I've owned it with disc rotors warping and fading during stops. After doing some research, I settled on EBC Slotted Rotors and EBC "Green Stuff" pads. I looked at quite a few web sites that sell Subie parts and all of them charged much more money for the EBC parts for my car. AutoPartsWAY delivered the goods quickly and I installed the parts on a Saturday morning and was back in action by the afternoon. The break-in period was very short since EBC has an abrasive coating on their pads.My car now stops fast and straight and I haven't seen any fading issues at all. I'm VERY happy.

I purchased these rotors shipped and sold from AutoPartsWAY.When I received the rotors and quickly opened up the boxes to inspect them. The rotors were well packaged from EBC, and then boxed into a shipping box from AutoPartsWAY. While the machining looked great on the rotors, I unfortunately returned and exchanged these for Centric Premium 120-series. These EBC rotors for this application were cast in China and oddly were stamped with the same part number as Centric C-Tek 121.44114; this doesn't necessarily mean that they were cast by Centric, it could just be that it was stamped with another manufacturer's part number, but it could have meant that the rotors were indeed cast by Centric and finished/machined by EBC. I did email EBC about this but they never got back to me. Still, it doesn't make me feel any better about paying extra for these premium EBC rotors if they are in-fact re-boxed Centric C-Tek rotors which can be had for a lot less.As for the EBC rotors, there was left over...

I am on my 2nd set of EBC Rotors. On an LR3 the factory rotors were shot at 20k miles, and could not be turned at all. The First set of EBC lasted 80k miles, and had life left in them, but I replace them all with new ones when getting other work done, just to save the hassle of additional service. Each time you fit your new Green Stuff pads, just get a light turn or cross off the rotors, and you will avoid any brake fade. Remember to replace the wheel nut, and to spline / set it so it cannot back out.EBC is great stuff, and definitely good stuff.

I got these breaks at the end of January 2013. I have them on my 93 accord. They are great. Much better than OEM rotors. They where a bit difficult to install because everything else had been on there so long, but I have had them on for about 600 miles now. They stop on a dime if you pair them up with EBC's yellow stuff break pads. I ended up needing to replace my calipers as well, so needless to say my set up is all new and I love it.

I bought these for my LS1 SS Camaro. The car is driven daily and also tracked from time to time on a road course. These are coated black, and when you use them they turn silver where the pads touch. The rest remain black to avoid rust and discoloration, so they always look great on your car.I paired them with EBC Yellow pads and I am in the process of breaking them in. I have never had issues with EBC Products, and these so far seem to be another great set of rotors. When compared to stock, I do not know how much better these will hold up to heat and warping, but time will tell.

So far so good the pads and rotors work great. Thought I was going to have to buy a brake system for a Tundra to stop the rotor warping problems. I purchased the rotors with the matching pads for a SUV. The vehicle stops so much smoother and quicker than before. Also there was a warning of brake noise with the new stuff but I don't seem to hear any. The other rotors would've been warped by now, but it has been a couple of months and no problems.

These rotors are quality workmanship, but it's my first time having slotted/dimpled rotors and they are kind of noisy. The only way to find out (other than installing them) is to look in the FAQ of the manufacturer's website. They are not quiet like a normal OEM rotor. Otherwise my car stops great and I have no complaints about the performance.

I installed these on my 2004 Ford F150 SuperCrew 4x4 with the hope of decreasing my stopping distances, which seemed excessive. They were easy to install, look good and work well with the EBC "Green-Stuff" brake pads. They have been on the truck almost 9 months and are as straight and true as the day I installed them. Absolutely no warping, squealing or anything. Stopping distances have improved so I would recommend this combination over the "parts-store" brand or OEM.

I have had a set of these on my svt brake converted sedan for years now.THEY ARE GREAT!!!!I have had ZERO grooves and wear issues with these rotors front and rear. As another user said the svt focus ones are plated with black zinc. Bought these to go with the new Hawk pads. The "ticking" sound from the rotors is somewhat annoying. I could turn up the radio like some of the younger generation. Anyway, one rotor warped after 10,000 miles. Had them both turned and that fixed that problem. The "ticking" was reduced somewhat. One thing for sure is that it takes very little pedal pressure to stop at lower speeds. Be sure any passengers are wearing their seat belt. But that could be the Hawks. I bought these dimpled and slotted because they were about $5 over the plain rotors and what the heck I'll give them a try. To do this over again I would go with plain quality rotors. The Mrs. drives this car mostly as a commuter and she is a brake eater. Time will tell. Of course, your driving style and conditions may warrant these rotors.

I ordered a set of rotors and pads for my 2006 Subaru. These cars can be sensitive to aftermarket parts and because of that I have always tried to buy genuine Subaru parts from a dealer. But, Subaru, or their dealers, have gotten pretty proud of replacement parts and I find it difficult to swallow a 2 1/2 to 3 times price difference. So I read some positive reviews and took the plunge. I was not disappointed! As it becomes necessary, all my other vehicles will use EBC parts and pieces.

We chose these EBC original equipment replacement front rotors over other rotors that would fit our application because EBC is among the very few brands of rotors these days that are made elsewhere than the Peoples Republic of China. (We will not argue whether that should be a criterion that others should weigh, but it is a criterion that we weigh in our own purchases.) On our car, the EBCs replaced a pair of made-in-Italy Brembo rotors, the part number of which remains in the Brembo catalogue, but the production of which has been moved to mainland China since we purchased our Brembos. From a performance standpoint, quality control is the primary criterion of a good rotor. Machining and run-out are what count. In every day street and highway driving, one should see no difference among rotors that have been machined with good quality control; for performance enhancements, one must look instead to different pad formulations, and -- ESPECIALLY -- to better tires. For...

Put these on my girlfriends 04 Acura TSX. She hasen't seem to have warped them yet (and she can warp any rotor it seems). These rotors are not coated, they do rust in all locations except the pad running surface.

I live in Oregon where it rains a majority of the year. I have to say the difference in performance between these and the OEM rotors on my '04 Ford Focus SVT is night and day. I used to think that the brakes were pretty good on my SVT as it were, now they are even better. When it is pouring buckets I don't have any and I mean ANY of the wet brake fade I would normally experience with the OEM setup. I mounted a set of these in front and a set in back (different part numbers for each) and it has made all the difference in the world. Also I am using a set of the EBC redstuff ceramic pads front and rear as well.

Review is for 3GD series rotors and 7000 series Greenstuff pads I installed 1500 miles ago.So farThese went on a mostly stock 2005 Silverado 1500 with 35 in tires.Look good and stop good. Went on easy just like factory parts. Deffinately stronger than stock and probably good for normal driving or towing. Great if you have stock tires or even up to 33'sI was a little dissapointed with the coverage of the pads on the rotors. The pads are kinda small and leave a lot of wasted surface on the rotors. They still work good but I can't help but think they could be better if the covered more of the rotor. When pushed hard they are just ok with the 35's, I'm going to be converting to a hydroboost setup to try to get more brake power. I have not towed a heavy load with these but I'm hoping they won't warp as easily as the stock rotors do.

I shopped around and these rotors were everything I was hoping they would be. The EBC rotors were put on the front of my Toyota Tundra and made a significant difference from the original Toyota factory rotors; however, I did replace the pads with Toyota original brake pads. The combination is working great.

I have run these on my Camaro for about 300 miles so far. They are very nice looking rotors and seem to be up to the EBC quality standards. They came fully black in color, then the coating wears away after the first drive down the road.I had great results with these on the back of my car, I'm expecting the fronts to be just as good. The EBC Yellow Pads with these seem like a great combination.

Installed these with EBC greenstuff pads. They work wonderfully. No squeals, ever. Very easy installation. Shipping was fast. Will do the rear brakes in short order with EBC components.

I have these installed on my 2008 Nissan Altima 2.5 as I burned through a set of rotors and 2 sets of brake pads in one year. I do drive my car hard, but I expected more out of what was already on the car. Needless to say I had a friend take these to be installed in September 2010 while I was deployed with the Red Stuff pads and they are unbelievable. I ahve just now replaced the pads and quick resurface of the rotors (October 2012). Great customer support as well through the buyer and was even sent an extra set of front brake pads after when I ordered the rear rotors were out of stock and eventually received the rear rotors. Great purchase and stopping power for any car and driver. Excellent price cant beat it.

They look cool if you have wheels that can showcase the slots. Stopping power noticeably improved as I paired these with EBC Greenstuff pads. However, they definitely make a louder sound under hard breaking.

It's been a couple of months since I bought these rotors and I can definitely tell the difference in braking power. I combinded these rotors with EBC brake pads and I love them (hardly any brake dust).

I've been changing brakes for years and typically have always went with the cheapo replacement type rotors. This time however I decided on a nice set of pads and rotors. I purchased these rotors (USR972) along with the rear set (USR728) with the front and rear brake pad sets (UD1004 & UD929). I am thrilled with this purchase. Rotors and brake pads went in flawlessly on my 2004 Subaru WRX. No rotors are coated in EBC's protective black coating. This wears away during first use however. All in all, these rotors were fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone. Great stopping force, direct replacement and slotted to expel heat easier and last longer. What are you waiting for? Click buy!

The Zinc coating was pretty cool; obviously, wearing off after a couple of rides. But hope to reduce the rust. Nice, stops well, and was perfect for that drive to the NC mountains.

The Ebc slotted rotors look really good out of the box, but they were even sharper on my truck. This is my second set of rotors for my 2005 truck and I can really tell the difference. The one before were a heavy set too. I would recommend this product.

Have been running them for about six months, so far so good. Used in combination with EBC pads, can't say I noticed much of a difference in braking really, but the dust is definitely less than stock Toyota. No squeaks, either.

I put these on my 2006 GMC Yukon Denali with EBC Green Stuff pads. Install was easy and they fit beautifully. My braking was definitely improved, but not quite as much as I hoped. If you really want to stop on a dime I would go with a larger rotor.

I bought these and combined them with EBC redstuff brake pads. The combo is SO AWESOME. I have to really go easy on my braking or these babies will just chomp down and bring me to a complete and utter stop. There is a little noise when slowly coming to a stop. It's like a low toned whrrr, like a big machine winding down. I LOVE it though. I know they are truly working every time I hear it.

This is a quality rotor but the site neglects to mention that it is a single rotor at that price, and not a pair!! We were quite surprised to find only one brake rotor in the box. Who buys one brake rotor at a time??? The price per pair would have been nice, and prevented us from having a big hold up in ordering.

This model rotor fits the 1998 Saab Convertible, not the 2006... despite what AutoPartsWAYs auto check feature says. Before ordering front pads and rotors on 2006 Saab 9-3 Aero Convertible's V6, check your drivers door panel for your brake code: AA, AB, or AC then call the dealer to determine the size of your rotor. Mine was 16+, 314mm, 12.4 inches. Yes, there is a possiblity of three different sizes for GM Saab Convertibles. I had to return breaks and rotors to AutoPartsWAY for different parts. I'm assuming the return will go smoothly as I refused at the door.

These brakes are working very well on a 2000 range rover hse. I used the EBC greenstuff pads for long rotor life. The pedal effort to stop is much less then before and the brakes are very quit after a few miles to remove breaking coatings. Please note the correct rotation direction with EBC rotors. The boxes are labeled for which side the rotors will go on with a small R or L sticker. The rotor slots touch the bottom of brake pad first when turned in forward direction. This is different from other manufactures but helps to give longer pad and rotor life. I DIY with my 9 year old son and it went very well.

In case it's not obvious, you only get one rotor per order, so you have to put in a quantity of 2. The rotor feels nice and solid and very thick! I looked for reviews online and most people said these were better than OEM. By the looks of it, they are! Very heavy and very well polished surface. Been in my car for 2 weeks and so far I've had nice smooth stops.

These were the first pair of rotors I have purchased since starting to do more car projects on my own. I bought them for my 2007 Nissan Altima. I don't really think that it was necessary to get slotted and dimpled rotors for a daily commuter, but I wanted quality. These rotors are definitely a higher quality product than OEM rotors, as they wear in a much more even pattern and don't seem to be warping yet (I've had them for a year). My only complaint with these is not directed at EBC rotors, it's just that slotted and rotors tend to make a lot of noticeable noise when traveling at low speeds. I would highly recommend these to anyone so long as the noise doesn't bother them.

These install easy and work great. They do make a small amount of air noise that may sound like grass hoppers but it is not at a level that I really notice. I have to have the windows open and near something that will reflect the noise before I can hear it. EBC recommends the backdash rotors if you find the noise a problem but I really don't think its enough to worry about.

I bought these as a substitute for the stock rotors on my Accord, when I changed brake pads to EBC Yellowstuff. For some reason, they were priced almost the same. The quality is good. I use my brakes harder than most people, and the rotors are taking it with aplomb.

I've had some bad luck with rotor warpage on my Civic with aftermarket rotors. Of course, they were quite a bit cheaper than these EBC's. I finally decided to spend some real money to get some real quality. I haven't been disappointed. Now, i don't beat the hell out of my brakes, but am not afraid to use them either. These rotors not only look good, but have performed flawlessly so far. I can't speak for track/autocross usage, but on the street, they rock. I'm using some EBC pads with these and they're a good match. Good braking performance. I have about 10k on them and the cheap rotors would have been way warped by now. These feel like new.

After I installed the new rotors and pads I went for the test drive. The damn rotors sounded like I had knobby tires on my Altima what a terrific racket, and when I came to a complete stop there was a loud clunk. After four or five good stops and a cool down on the new stuff I drove it again and it is perfect, what can I say I love them. They acted just the way the distributor said they would, why I had doubts? The only problem I had was with the calipers on the car nothing to do with the rotors.

I bought these for a 2006 Honda Accord V6-Automatic. They are replacements for the original front discs which were causing my car to shake when braking from high speed. After replacing the front discs the shaking of the car stopped. Make sure to get a Phillip head impact wrench to remove the 2 screws that hold the disc in place. It would make it a lot easier to remove the old discs with the impact wrench. Also get new Phillip screw from a Honda dealer to replace the ones that are removed since the old screws will be probably be unusable. Good replacement disc for Honda Accord.

Rotors came as a set (L/R) for my 2002 Toyota Tacoma. Rotors are clearly stamped R or L. Received the black ones. Black color wears off on rotor face within minutes leaving standard silver color. Slots and holes are only routed into the surface so don't think they are cross-drilled all the way through. Nicely built. Fit to the Tacoma without issue.

I've recently installed the EBC 3GD rotors on my 2004 GMC Sierra on all 4 wheels. These rotors, when combined with Hawk LTS pads, are proving to be vastly superior in braking performance vs stock. I have previously used ferro-carbon pads with standard rotors, and while that configuration was moderately better than stock - the difference in using these EBC rotors is astonishing. The quality of this product is very good, and I had no issues installing them on my vehicle. There was a notice or warning included regarding noise generated by the design of these rotors, but I have not noticed any difference vs stock vented rotors.
