Installed this unit to replace a failed AC Blower in a '96 Cadillac Deville. Once we tilted the engine (not a difficult process if you learn how from the Cadillac Owners Forum), this unit fit right in and has been working beautifully for 3 months now. Simple to hook up, it just connects to the same plug as the old motor. Maybe a little more noise than the original, but not much. Very pleased so far!

This is a trusted brand that I used back in the 80's before going to college. I chose to purchase this slightly higher priced unit for that very reason. Back in the mid to late 1980's, when I did automotive mechanic work, our shop installed a ton of Four Seasons parts, and we never had returns on them. That was a very long time ago, so I cannot vouch for today's quality, especially since I do not know the country of today's production for this unit, but I suspect it may be made here in the USA, just based on the price point (and I would be fine with anything from Germany as well, of course). Regardless of country of origin, I purchased this last year and installed it, in about the early summer, and installation was a snap. It has not failed me, and this item did solve the problem with my A/C, which was an intermittent problem. I suspect that this item will possibly outlast my 2003 Ranger, unless I decide to rebuild and keep the truck for another cycle once the motor starts to go.

1.5 years in and trouble free. Easy install and works like a charm. Saved a good bit off OEM $$ and no noticeable difference in sound or performance.

It arrived promplty. The Part is almost exactly as the OEM part for my Grand AM SE 96, it is silent, blows air just fine, the plugs are exactly for my model,

The part fit and bolted right in but you can tell it is not as high quality as the OEM part. There is about 2mm of end play in the motor shaft and is it not as quiet as the OEM part. There is also not as close a fit in the end of the fan and the OEM housing so the air flow is reduced a tiny bit. Bottom line is it fits and works fine but not as good as the OEM part that will cost more.

Turns the right direction fits the front blower in my 94 g20 chevy van. The factory blower squirrel cage is a press fit and WILL NOT FIT. Part number Four Seasons/Trumark 35582 turns the wrong direction for this application. Easy repair

The entire length was 3/16" longer than the original. This made it harder to install. Also it tends to squeal on high speed.

Works as advertised, I only had to replace the plug supplied with the motor with the plug on the original. They give you directions but it's a no-brainer. If you can solder or splice a wire you're good to go.

rating is for product ... the seller was great ,the unit had an issue with blower wheel that I easily fixed ,but after two weeks the high speed went out already....figured by this time that issue had been fixed with these motors as this was a common problem on a lot of gm products but maybe some old ones were put out there .....still have low and medium speed ,that should get me through the winter . Seller gets 5 stars!!!

OMG I went without heat in the winter and did NOT want to go without AC in the Summer here in Louisiana. I works perfect and I don't have any problems with it. I think it works even better than the original Blower Motor that came on my Buick!! Great Product!!

I installed this on a 1990 GMC Sierra 1500, and it does fit for the most part.It is extremely difficult to get the old motor out and new motor in--- the screws on the upper portion of the motor's flange are frustrating to reach but definitely removable with a small (1/4" shaft) socket and a 7mm bit. The screws are the simpler part-- getting the motor to pull out from between the blower housing and the backside of the dash is very tricky, you really don't have enough room to remove it without really stressing the blower cage/fan.Next, my truck had a ground clip screwed to it. This motor does have the proper hole where this ground clip belongs, but it has neither the screw or the ground clip. All you have to do is unscrew it from the old motor and transfer it to this one, piece of cake (7mm bit). Finally, reinstalling this is the hardest part. The dash on my generation truck is very close to the motor housing, and I could not find any easy way to...

I purchased this motor to replace my previous motor which seized up due to exposure to moisture. If you noticed a puddle on your passenger side floor, that was probably the cause. The part arrived on the expected date, and was packaged well. It doesn't match the picture, the wheel was actually black, instead of white as in the picture. This isn't a problem, once you install it you'll probably never see it again anyway.Once I installed the part, I had all kinds of problems with the motor. The motor isn't defective, it turned out that I also needed to replace the Blower Motor Resistor Assembly. If your fan doesn't work on all speed settings, or continues to run after you turn off the car, then that is the part you need rather than this one. I needed both.It requires an awkward position to change it, but once you get under the dash it can be swapped out in under 15 minutes, and I'm a novice at repairs. It was held in place by 3 - 7/32 screws on...

the motor it self is flawless in application. speeds work well very quiet and moves twice the air as my last. only issue and why it didnt get 5 stars was the plug that was on it was a different shape then my original nothing a cut, splice, solder and heat shrink couldnt fix but inconvenient as i did this outside in 10 degree weather. quality product for the price would highly recommend

It was easy to install, once I was able to get "deep enough" under the dash. It works great. Required minimal tools, just being able to contort a little. Glad I could put it in for less than a dealership or "professional" would have charged me.

WORKS GREAT, MORE AIR FLOW THAN STOCK. ONLY TOOK ABOUT 20 MINUTES TO INSTALL. THE MOTOR STICKS OUT SLIGHTLY MORE THAN STOCK. ANY MORE AND IT WOULD HAVE GIVEN ME A CLEARANCE ISSUE DURING INSTALLATION.

didn't believe it would fit my 2006 Legacy sedan because of the motor shape and electrical plug but it fit perfectly and plugged right in.

It was a nice bolt-in replacement for my old blower motor which would barely turn and I think that problem caused the plug into the blower motor resistor to partially melt. The replacement motor works very well and is relatively quiet.

My old blower went out, and I needed a replacement. Repair shops wanted WAY TOO MUCH to replace this, so I decided to look for one myself. After verifying this is the one I needed, I ordered it. PERFECT!!! I took some time to get the old one out, but was easy to get the new one in. Put it in, plug it in, started the car, turned the knob, and ta-da!! Works perfect on all speeds, jast as much, if not more, air flow as the original. The only diffeerence I see is that the fan blades are black instead of white. This was exactly what I needed, and saved me hundreds of dollars....

Our 2000 Seville had a very weak fan. We thought maybe there was a blockage or a stopped up filter. After trying everything I purchased this blower motor. Now instead only being able to feel the air flow about 6 inches from the vent you can now feel it all the way from the back seat. If you have a weak fan in your car, it's probably this that you need to buy and replace. Also for $60 bucks this is a bargain because most part stores want $150+ for this item, plus probably a core.

The Four Seasons Blower motor is a well made product at a great price. My mechanic who put the motor in my Volvo 740 GLE tells me they have been making products for many years and it is the replacement motor of choice for him. It has been working great so far and hopes it will last for years to come.

The blower is slightly easier to install and remove, due to a somewhat smaller squirrel cage than the original equipment. The squirrel cage is a bit out of balance, but is not very noticeable unless speed is at max. Seems to make a bit more noise than the original, but this may be due to transferred resonances caused by the unit being out of balance. The unit has a short pigtail to plug into, making connection a bit easier than the original equipment. Not a bad blower, but could benefit from more strict quality control.
