Bladerunner Intercoolers represent the next generation of intercoolers. The Bladerunner intercoolers utilize a 3 in. bar and plate design that out performs OE style tube and fin core designs. The end tanks are constructed out of 3/16 in. TIG welded aluminum plate tanks that incorporate three multi-directional vanes that efficiently direct air flow through the entire core for maximum cooling. The Bladerunner intercooler also comes with 4 1/8 in. pre-tapped ports for easy gauge installation as well as other auxiliary input options. Tested at 200psi which is perfect for the high boost applications. In recent testing the Bladerunner intercooler produced a 200 deg. temperature drop and a 100 deg. EGT drop as well as increasing air flow by 30 percent. Dont waste your time and money on modified factory intercooler. Unique One-Piece High Quality Housing W/ Sight Window: A custom CAD designed roto-molded housing made from heat soak resistant material eliminates the use of multiple components and ensures the coolest air intake charge available. A large clear sight window allows for filter inspection without removal of the air box. The roto-molded housing is made out of black cross-linked polyethylene. High Quality Tube: This system uses a high quality plastic, CAD designed, dyno-tuned, roto-molded intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. Also included is a high quality billet aluminum air temp sensor fitting provided for easy installation. Large 5-Layer Performance Air Filter: This Momentum GT intake system was designed around the largest filter possible to allow maximum performance and filtration. This cone filter has a large (6-3/4" x 4-3/4") oval flange and is 9" tall with an inverted top. The Pro 5R performance air filter features 5-layers of progressively finer mesh cotton gauze oiled media and is constructed with 100% polyurethane frame for long life and multiple cleaning cycles. Premium Hardware: Premium stainless steel T-bolt clamps and a reinforced silicone hump coupling are used for strength and durability while also providing the most secure installation available. Momentum intakes are designed with fewer parts for a quick and simple installation.
