Adventure Series Upper Control Arms
These upper arms are designed to work with Fox Coilovers, Zone 2" Strut Spacer, or 6" Zone IFS Lift. They may not work with all spacer kits available. Check for upper ball joint to coil clearance before installation of the arms. If the factory arm in the balljoint area hits the factory coil, or has less than 1/8" of clearance, the arms will not fix the problem. A different aftermarket strut spacer or replacement Fox coilover are recommended.

These arms are built from high strength steel, boxed, gusseted and fully welded for strength and rigidity. 5" Torsion Bar Drop Lift Kit
2015-2018 Models Only: 20" wheels can not be reinstalled due to GM changing the wheel thickness. The ID of the 20" wheels are smaller on 2015-2018 models. Fitment: WILL fit RWD models, however the front differential related parts in kit will not be used. Frame bracket modifications required for installation. Mod's Required: Modifications required for installation. See installation instructions for more information. Optional steering stabilizer (PN# 7103) only fits vehicles that came equipped with a steering stabilizer from the factory. Stock 17" or 18" Wheels cannot be re-installed. Stock 20" wheels cannot be reinstalled on 2015-2018 models. Two-piece rear drive shaft? Add a carrier bearing drop kit to reduce post-lift driveline angles and avoid / eliminate driveshaft vibration. Will fit RWD models. The front differential related parts will not be used. With a 20" Wheel, 5"-6" backspacing is recommended. In some cases vehicles used in 4WD on the highway regularly could potentially experience a minor front driveline vibration. If this occurs we recommend replacing the front driveshaft with a dual cardan style driveshaft.

These new arms build on the strength and functionality of the previous generation arms and add improved styling and Zone Offroad branding. Built right here in the USA, these radius arms continue to be built from high strength 1/4" steel, boxed, internally gusseted and fully welded. Designed as a direct replacement for the factory stamped stamped steel arms, these HD radius arms not only add strength, but allow for more caster correction by integrating a lower cam slot and offset washer to dial in caster for 2.5-6" of lift. Large polyurethane bushings are used at the frame mounted end to isolate road noise along with a grease fitting for easy maintenance.
