      Although there was a mix-up between the shopping cart (asking me to pay for the item again) and the tracking of the mailed item (sending me back to the shopping cart), I imagine this glitch was looked after by the IT folks. The alternator arrived in good time and except for a very tight fit (needed a slight reduction of the rear bushing on the long-bolt side) was the exact item I needed to correct the battery drain contributed to by the loss of diodes in the old alternator. The electrical system once again functions perfectly in my 1998 Subaru Legacy Outback. Oh, your trouble-shooting people responded quickly to my phone call and resolved my stress regarding our business transaction and all is well. Thanks. I will now enjoy the Christmas season and I hope you do too. Darryl
