These pads look very similar to the original pads. Came well packaged, perfect fit and easy installations. Braking performance appears to be good, great initial bite.

These pads are the OEM provider for BMW cars and they are very reliable. Great product and great service.

These are very good quality semi metallic pads. Good stopping power, no noise. Best choice if not going Volvo OEM.

These are great pads. Quiet, minimal to no dust (1 month) so far and great stopping ability. Paired them with Brembo front rotors which are a great combination in my opinion. Only concern I have is the 1 driver side pad is still not 100% adhering to the caliper. When in traffic stop and go, the one tends to come away from the caliper and scrap on the disc. With that said, and to be fair, I may have not used the same amount of caliper grease all around. However I was quite conscious of making sure all pads received the same and enough grease on all pads, but one can never be too sure. Being hopeful it will eventually apply itself all the time to the double caliper and not continue to loosen and rub on my disc.

I purchased a set of Textar rear brake pads for my BMW X5 (F15), I can tell you they're as good as OEM, I didn't notice a loss in initial bite and so far perform very well, also for what it's worth the pads I got were made in Great Britain.

Look feel and behave just like the OEM Textar's that came off the car.

Before I give the review, I am basing this off installing a bran new TRW pads on rear rotors that have not been replaced nor do they have grooves. Installation was easy, performance is not bad. HOWEVER, there is a groove that formed/rust on the inner side of the left rotor while the rear right rotor had two grooves/rust formed on the inner side of the rotor and on the outer side of the rotor. Next time I will spend the extra 200 and get OEM! Nothing beats OEM! Peace of mind!

These Textar brand pads are OEM for Mercedes Benz, Porsche, and other high end European models. They are heavy and high quality. Also, the friction material is much thicker than other brands so they will last longer. The pads were packaged with replacement caliper mounting bolts, which were treated with a thread locking compound, a nice benefit. The friction material is a "low-metallic" compound which in testing, were found to deliver superior stopping power when compared to semi-metallic or ceramic pads. This is why they are used in so many high performance and luxury models, to provide better braking and safety! This compound may produce some extra brake dust that leaves a film on your wheels, but the extra stopping power is worth it!
