      Not much to review about it.Line it up put it down and fasten it with nut.I replaced a hold down that actually didn't hold down anything. Guess it came from a different car.With this battery hold down plate, you'll have piece of mind that the battery is staying in place.I believe, like everything nowadays, it is made in China.OES can be interpreted in many ways, "Original Equipment Supplier" to whom?I don't complain, it did fit and does the job!

      Fits 91 300ce just right. If you lost the nut for the stud, it's the same thread as the nut used to hold the air intake cover on.
