      MAKE SURE YOU READ THE INSTRUCTIONS VERY VERY CAREFUL TO MAKE SURE YOU USE THE CORRECT DRILL BIT!!!!!!!!!!!AFTER I HAD THEM BOTH INSTALLED ON THE TRUCK I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY HOW THEY LOOKED. THEY STICKOUT AWAY FROM THE TRUCK QUITE A LOT. I WILL PROBABLY PULL THEM OFF MEASURE VERY CAREFULLY CUT ABOUT 5" OFF THE END AND DRILL A NEW HOLE TO MOUNT THEM ON THE BRACKETS. I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE SENT THEM BACK FOR A REFUND BUT HAD THROWN THE BOX AWAY (BAD ON MY PART) BEFORE I REALLY LOOKED AT THEM AND COMPARED THEM TO OTHER TRUCKS WITH THIS TYPE OF BARS DOWN THE SIDE. AFTER I MODIFY THEM I MAY COME BACK AND GIVE THEM A DIFFERENT REVIEWI QUESTION IF THEY WERE MATCHED UP CORRECTLY WITH MY 98 GMC HALF TON EXTENDED CAB PICKUP

      These fit my 2014 regular cab ram 1500 perfectly and fit great. Install was a breeze. I would recommend this product.

      I installed these on a 2015 Ram 1500 Standard Cab and everything was a perfect fit. I suggest before you begin to completely read the directions and separate the hardware into two sections, one for the left and one for the right. There are two different sizes of washers and they must be used where the instructions indicate. The included hardware is metric. The bolt on the body that must be removed and re-installed is ¾ inch which is also a 19mm so the entire job can be performed using metric sockets.

      These do the job, ending a dispute between my wife and I since I lifted the truck. I'm not too keen on how the plastic step is attached to the tube. It feels like it wants to roll and break off if you don't step on it completely centered, which is a difficult thing to do with boots because of how close they are to the rocker panel. Note that the installation instructions aren't great. Remove the plastic caps BEFORE you install these or you'll be in for a heartbreak when you have to remove the steps and install them again.

      Easy to install and looks good but it's not even a one year after installed a yellowish powder started coming out from sids under the black steps. 3 stars for looks and installation but for quality it should be zero.

      These tube steps are for the Double Cab not the Crew Max. The double cab is a extended cab even if it has four doors. The Crew Max is what other companies refer to as a Crew Cab. So with that information this part would be short on a Crew Max as it is made for the double cab.

      These steps are a great buy. They look good & being stainless steel, I expect them to last, but time with have to tell there. I would recommend them.

      A little hard to insure right product, went to Dee Zee web site to verify proper part no# for my new 2013 Ram, AutoPartsWAY price better than Dee Zee price. I recommend reading instructions twice and more going by the illustrations. Pay attention to lock washer and washer size. Also recommend air impact to remove body bolts that are required for install, but with the impact gun, it took me about and hour to install laying on my back in the rain , and I am 55 years old. It was a perfect fit, extremely nice.

      easy to install ,makes my 2013 kia sorento look customized, mirror like stainless steel, similar products cost $200 or more.

      These took me about 30 minutes a side to install. The install was simple. I think the directions are a little lacking for some one who is a first timer, but they can be figured out pretty easily. A you tube video would simplify things I'm sure.

      The Good: I spent a good long while searching for running boards for my 2012 4Runner. Most were very expensive or did not look the way I wanted. When I came upon these and saw these qualified for AutoPartsWAY Prime, I took a chance and I was not disappointed. The installed fairly easily (needed an impact wrench to loosen the factory bolts) and are very sturdy. They have been on my truck for over a year now and they show no signs of wear and tear or loosening up. I am very happy and highly recommend them.I have no bad comments!

      Bought Based on Dee Zees reputation. Well they bolted up fine, but flex with little weight placed on them. I put them on My work truck so they will do. Not AutoPartsWAYs fault, they only were the retailer and fast shipping on there part.

      Well I'll start with they came damaged, and well I called the number on the paper to see if I could get a new end cap, but never got a reply. So I know how much of a pain a damage claim would be so, forget that. I installed with the dent in the end of the tube and broken cap anyway. Oh did I mention that the bolts that came with it do not fit a 2012 chevy truck. It only had one year listed that said to use stock bolts that were removed. Lucky for me the stock bolts were long enough , but not sure how much holding power they have ,because of shorter length.

      This review is for the product details pertaining to a 2013 Chevy 1500 Silverado, std cab. The supplied cab mountbolts were too small. I had to use the factory bolts and obtain lock and flat washers. It did not mention thisissue in the instructions, so be prepared. The threads for mounting the bars to the brackets were not cut properly,I suggest using the supplied bolts to start the threads prior to installation. I also suggest removing the plastic end capsto let the accumulated rust flakes to be set free.Other than that, the fit was very good and they are appealing to the eyes.I'm around 2 bills and they support my weight just fine and seem sturdy.NOTE TO MANUFACTURER:Most, if not all, software used for designing Instruction Sheets have a spellchecker, use it.At bare minimum, proofread before printing 1000's of instruction sheets. I, like most people, will judge a company based on it's literacy.

      My factory running board on my 2003 F250 broke. Ford wants $700+ for a replacement. I ordered this as a replacement and it works well. Mounting holes were about 1/4" off. With a slight pounding with a hammer, everything fell into place. Overall, I am happy with the purchase.

      They're built strong, relatively easy to install (impact wrench made it easier) and powder coated for minimal maintenance. I'll see how they hold up during hunting season, but day to day use, very functional.

      the dee zee 3" round tube steps look great although they did not fit my truck without modification. according to the " does it fit your truck" information it should have been an easy bolt on part. the tubes that were sent were for a 4 door truck, my truck is a 2 door. i had to weld new brackets under the truck bed in order to use them.

      It was ok, but the part didnt quite fit my 2012 f250. I had to do some drilling to get it to fit.

      We put these on my Nissan Rogue because I am short. It took a little while to get use to them, but now I am so used to them I would be lost without them. I really like them a lot. They look nice on the car too.

      I bought these for my son's truck as a present. He was really pleased with how easily they went on and how great they looked. The kit has everything needed for a very professional looking installation without drilling any holes in the truck. Dee Zee have a well deserved good reputation for producing quality products like this one. Total installation time was less than an hour.

      Bars were shipped in a timely matter with all the hardware included. Installation took about an hour and wasn't real bad. I hope these last better thatn my last set which were chrome plated steel that rusted from the inside out.

      These steps are a great value -- very sturdy and excellent looking. My wife has a Wrangler Unlimited Sport and the black powder-coat matches the fender flares on the Sport perfectly. They work well to let shorties get into the Jeep on their own.I will say this -- installation is easy, but it will take some time if you don't have an impact wrench and a flex-head hex driver. There is no drilling and the kit comes with both sets of hardware for pre-threaded and non-threaded vehicles. Mine has no threads on the front and center mount points with threads on the rear. The kit bolts underneath the carriage and then has smaller hex-head screws to fit through the tiny holes below each door. You need to keep everything loose until you get it all mounted, then you can torque everything down. Once mounted loosely, you will either frustrate yourself with a manual allen wrench, or you need a flex-head socket because the bars get in the way of a straight-on drill driver...

      First set came in damaged. Return was a snap!! Received new pronto (2 days). AutoPartsWAY return procedures are very efficient. Received new ones and installed in an hour. Product looks great and is very sturdy on my Jeep. Great product for the price and excellent service from AutoPartsWAY.

      I saw the one and only previous review on here about the customer receiving what appeared to be a used item. Well, I ordered a set anyway and received them a few days later. Just installed them on my truck and they were brand new and look great! I had a set of black painted Westin steps on prior but they had rusted and actually broke off the truck, (2006 Ram, so approx 6 years in NJ) not that I think these will last any long though. The mounting brackets are all steel just like the Westin's so... but who knows maybe they will. Well at any rate, installation was pretty easy and they look great!

      Pro's - great looking, mounts easily, Cost effective, great functionality, lots of complimentsCon's - rear mounting brackets miss marked, had to switch sides so steps would bolt up. don't completely agree/like the mounting technique in rear - inadaquate hardware for rear mounts, need to upgrade to better rear hardware. washers too small for mount holes- don't completely cover holes! Overall I would reccomend these to anyone with children or short significant other.

      Bought these for my FIL's 2012 F-150. We installed them and they look great. Only problem was the fit - we had to do some "adjustment" to make it work. Directions were no help.

      I purchased this set of DeeZee Chrome step tubes for my 2011 Silverado. When the box arrived it showed signs of distress most likely due to the lengthy box it was packed in. First impression was box damaged so the contents were probably damaged. Not the case. A stroke of fortune there because the content were really not packed great at all. This set cost me well over $450 bucks so then why does the manufacturer package them in plastic sleaves and drop them inside a box and call it packaged? I have purchased lesser items and they were enclosed within styrofoam to be protected. The hardware bags were sealed and dropped into the box as well slopping around while in shipment.I must tell you that I am a definate do-it-yourselfer handyman. I can do just about anything. When I attempted to put these onto my truck the directions that are enclosed do not give accurate discription of how to do that. Black & white photos that are small and barely ledgeable make this project even more...

      This is a TERRIFIC item! We have a 2012 Sport Unlimited (4 door). We have found many items listed for 2007-2012 and later found out that the 2012 had some changes and fits were issues. Not the case here!Packaging was perfection. Each side was packaged in a color coded bag, to make sure passenger side and driver side are easily identifiable. Mounting brackets are stamped with DF, DC, & DR as well as PF, PC, PR to let you know where the bracket goes (driver = d, passenger = p, front = f.....)For the most part, everything was there to install, but with one small hiccup on a 2012. Before you start mounting, take the time and look under the Jeep with a bracket and the instructions. I found on my 2012 the nuts for mounting the bracket were already installed on the body and I did no need the nuts that came with the kit. That is the upside. The downside, I had to run to Lowe's to pick up (6) M8x1.25 25mm automotive bolts (about $1.30 each). I don't think DEE...

      These steps were a fantastic deal! They mounted fairly easy even though there were no directions. (There probably are directions usually). The job was easy with a large breaker socket bar. Shipping was fast. Only wish there was a center bracket but the steps are solid and look very sharp on my 2011 EXT cab Silverado. Very satisfied. AutoPartsWAY is fantastic!! These steps are a great product. I purchased steps earlier that were the wrong size and AutoPartsWAY was super with the return.

      I wanted to buy OEM (Ford) bars, but every one of those that I checked out had too much flex/give in the mounting brackets.My rating, broken down: - Step bars: 5 stars! Beautiful and strong! - Brackets: 5 stars. Well engineered and easy to install. No flex! - Packaging: 1 star. Four different sizes of bolts, washers, nuts, packaged into two bags. Each size should be packaged in its own individual bags. The driver's side / passenger side bars aren't labelled. The difference is subtle; the foot pad should be closer to the front. - Packing: 5 stars. Minimal waste, but everything was well protected. - Instructions: 2 stars. The written instructions refer to pictures which are all grouped at the end (different page). I had to constantly flip back and forth. Each step should have the written instructions and pictures on the same page. The instructions should indicate wrench size, especially...
