    I watched and read several tutorials on how to install an antenna. No bueno. I wound up having to take it to an audio place to have it installed...for $127. Sort of defeated the purpose of do it yourself. The antenna is fine. Does what it's supposed to do.

    This part fit my 2004 Volvo S40 like the factory one. Had to figure out exactly how to put it in and let it adjust by raising the antenna up/down a few times by turning the car radio on/off. But it looks and operates like the original.

    This antenna is the direct replacement for my 2004 VW Passat. This helped a lot since I broke the original one and my radio was barely picking anything up, and my car has the Monsoon radio system.

    Had to return the first buy due to wrong sized connector, but this fit correctly and works fine. Seems very expensive for the unit.
