      I used this on a 2004 mazda b2300 which should also work for a ford ranger. I only give 3 stars because one of the gaskets did not match exactly to one of the gaskets on my mazda. It had a slightly differend shape. In the picture it is the one on the upper right. It is where the throttle body connects to the intake manifold. Also there is one o-ring on the back of the intake manifold that was not included but it should be so that you can replace all the rubber on your intake manifold with one kit. I cannot find the o-ring anywhere but it could probably be replaced with a standard size 0-ring if you know the right type and size to use.

      The cheap thermostat is a got stuck closed on me and jeep overheated. Should not have replaced the factory thermostat with junk made in China. Also one of the threads on the intake bolts misthreaded and would not torque down. Reuse original intake bolts that were not too rusted out. So two defective items in the kit. Don't trust this kit for the factory thermostat. Could have damaged the engine.

      Overall, it is a good kit. The intake manifold bolts are not top-notch, so make sure to not over tighten them. (i broke two of them during installation).Gaskets and hoses are excellent.

      The local part store wanted 90+ dollars for this kit and i recently bought a head gasket kit with these exact gaskets and the are superb, very high quality i will never buy local unless its an emergency

      Before I had my lower intake manifold gasket replaced, it was leaking a minute amount of coolant into the cylinders, causing it to run rough, and intermittent stall.After replacing it, no more coolant loss, and my engine ran smoother and quieter.Took me about 8~10 hours (Novice) to replace the gaskets, surface preparation is the key, don't do a rough job, and having to redo it all over again.

      This set was a perfect fit, it worked great. It included all gaskets needed for the throttle body as well.

      Not much to review here, these are the replacement o-rings for the Dorman 5.4 liter intake manifold. I bought these not knowing that the intake included them but I'll keep them for spares. Fast shipping.

      Dorman 615-190G Replacement Gasket Kit for Cadillac/Oldsmobile. Fit well on my 1998 Seville Cadillac. Make sure you clean the old gaskets out well. I used a small screw driver

      The box was crashed and ripped up but everything was there and nothing wasnt bent. So to me the box is just goin to thrown in the trash.

      Accurate product, very good stuff, apart comes with a thermostat, with the 6 injectors urine, Dorman brand is recommended, adjusted exactly in my chevy impala engine 3.8 liters.excellent seller!

      but very poor customer services, calls go to the Philippines and those people are stupid and incompetent and don't know what they are doing, they screwed up three order of mind and this will be the last order I make with this company , bring the Jobs back to the USA and if you ask to speak to someone in the states they will inform you this is a global company, well 95% of this company profit come from the USA, but yet we get people from other countries who can barely speak English, shame on AutoPartsWAY.com for trying to save a dime and turning their backs on the USA , please do no patronize companies who are hurting of country by sending jobs across sea, WE the customers can change this by stop shopping on this site, and than watch their profit drop so low they will go out of business , they want our money but don't want to keep jobs here to help our economy, Never again I will buy from this company.

      I didn't get mine from Dorman through AutoPartsWAY. The folks I got it from Rocks, tho!The kit is very complete--it has stuff I wouldn't have expected, like a new thermostat and gasket, a throttle body gasket, and an I-don't-know-what-it's-for piece of hose. The kit is made in China but seems to be adequate quality. And for under $30 plus shipping, it was a good deal.I think the previous reviewer got a kit that had been returned--and had parts missing. Or a defective kit. Sorry dude--did Dorman/AutoPartsWAY make good on the missing parts? Never do a teardown if you need your rig--until you have your parts in hand. Just common sense.

      kit was what i needed i would suggest replacing the valve cover gaskets also when repairing upper and lower intake gaskets. Also i would suggest buying plastic elbows that go from intake to belt tensioner i bought them from GM for $17.

      I purchased this gasket kit mainly for the EGR "stove pipe" because I did not want another upper intake plenum failure due to the overheating problem caused by the EGR system. The part included was good quality but was not an interference fit in the lower manifold making it mandatory that I epoxy it in place. The thermostat included was a 180 degree part, not the proper 195 degree part and the thermostat lip seal was missing from the kit. There is not a thermostat housing gasket included in the kit. Half of the fuel injector o-rings were incorrect for the vehicle I was working on. There is no o-ring for the vacuum hose adapter either. The actual plenum gasket seems to be of decent quality but for a kit that seems complete there are some parts lacking or incorrect that would otherwise make this kit truly complete for upper intake manifold replacement.
