Bladerunner Intercoolers represent the next generation of intercoolers. The Bladerunner intercoolers utilize a 3 in. bar and plate design that out performs OE style tube and fin core designs. The end tanks are constructed out of 3/16 in. TIG welded aluminum plate tanks that incorporate three multi-directional vanes that efficiently direct air flow through the entire core for maximum cooling. The Bladerunner intercooler also comes with 4 1/8 in. pre-tapped ports for easy gauge installation as well as other auxiliary input options. Tested at 200psi which is perfect for the high boost applications. In recent testing the Bladerunner intercooler produced a 200 deg. temperature drop and a 100 deg. EGT drop as well as increasing air flow by 30 percent. Dont waste your time and money on modified factory intercooler. Direct Plug and Play Power: Designed with factory style connectors, it easily connects to engine sensors for a quick and simple install. Large 5-Layer Performance Air Filter: This Momentum GT intake system was designed around the largest filter possible to allow maximum performance and filtration. This cone filter has a large (6-3/4" x 4-3/4") oval flange and is 9" tall with an inverted top. The Pro 5R performance air filter features 5-layers of progressively finer mesh cotton gauze oiled media and is constructed with 100% polyurethane frame for long life and multiple cleaning cycles. Premium Hardware: Premium stainless steel T-bolt clamps and a reinforced silicone hump coupling are used for strength and durability while also providing the most secure installation available.
