BDs FleX-Plate is designed specifically for modified applications, and can reliably handle up to 1,500 lb.-ft. of torque. Twice as thick as the stock unit and made from forged steel, the BD FleX-Plate is precision-balanced and SFI-certified for use in race sanctioning bodies. Plus, a new black oxide coating resists corrosion, and prevents hydrogen embrittlement that can cause cracking. The BD FleX-Plate is a direct, bolt-in replacement for the stock converter and is also compatible with most aftermarket torque converters. Command the torque converter to stay locked, stay unlocked, or revert to OEM settings with the BD TorqLoc. Flip the toggle switch to position one, and the lock-up clutch is engaged, so transmission temperature remains low and the exhaust brake can work with 100-percent effectiveness (this is a manual setting and should only be selected under light load/light power conditions, such as highway driving). Position two reverts back to stock function, or can be wired to unlock the torque converter. Position three acts as an AutoLoc by commanding lock-up only when the exhaust brake is engaged - perfect setting for every day driving in all situations. Additionally, the TorqLoc has an Overdrive inverter option which allows the transmission to start out in Drive which will prevent upshift into the Overdrive gear - great for those who live in city/urban areas. Also, if you have a BD Valve Body with the second gear lock-up capability, the lock-up can be set to hold until 5-10 mph.Also available is the Torq/UnLoc which acts the same as the TorqLoc but in the third position the converter is prevented from locking up.

BDs High Performance CP3 (HPCP3) Injection Pump with up to a 72-percent increase in capacity / displacement delivers enough fuel to support up to 750hp while maintaining 24,000psi of rail pressure. The HPCP3 pump replaces the existing injection pump and simply bolts in place to produce up to 5.25 LPM versus the stock 3.05 LPM. That is right, all that fuel without going to a dual pump system – no extra pulleys, belts or pumps to install. BDs HPCP3 pumps are engineered with an enhanced metering unit and new design cam shaft with modified plungers and stroke. Plus, the HPCPS eliminates the off throttle fuel spikes common with stock pumps that can potentially damage injector nozzle tips when trying to produce more than 500hp. All of these modifications deliver long-term durability with consistent high fuel pressure supply on demand that provides efficient atomization resulting in more power, better combustion and lower EGTs. Turbochargers operate at high temperatures. The Cool Down Timer is designed to keep the engine running when the ignition is turned off to prevent turbocharger bearing failure that could occur when the engine is shut down, stopping the cool lubricating oil flowing to the turbocharger while it is still hot. If the oil flow is shut off too early, the remaining oil in the bearing housing will overheat causing coking of the bearings which causes both premature bearing wear and reduced oiling of the bearings. Allowing the engine to idle to a minimum operating speed gives the turbocharger time to cool down. The CDT is adjustable for up to 5 minutes of idle time, or optionally works with any K-Type EGT probe for temperature-based shutdown.
